The data for the historical graphs in this section come from Ralph Stirling's database which contains a wealth of information.  These graphs were created by the Bright Outlooks team and will be updated periodically as new information becomes available.

The first two tabs are useful for determining how things have changed from 2004 through 2007.  The results are interesting when viewed from the perspective of when the documents were submitted versus when the referrals were granted, so we are providing both views.

The last tab shows how waiting times have changed over the last 10 years and has a table of key historical events that relate to the charts.
